According to the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, Steven Hoff, 31, of Denham Springs was shot multiple times. Investigators reported Hoff had recently been "kicked out" of the Bandidos Motorcycle Gang.
According to deputies, Hoff was in the bar, where he and four reported gang members got into an argument. Investigators said Hoff phoned a friend, Brian McDonald, and asked him to come to the bar.
According to deputies, McDonald came with a gun. When the fight moved outside, deputies say a gang member handed a gun to Bandidos Motorcycle Gang President, 31-year-old Joe "Bandido Joe" Flores, who they say shot Hoff repeatedly. Deputies say the gang then beat McDonald to the ground.
Hoff underwent emergency surgery for his gunshot wounds and is listed in stable condition. McDonald was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm at a bar. No charges have been filed against Hoff at this time, but the case is still under investigation.
